Stepping Out
Cindy Winnick has an international art background. She grew up in rural South Texas but has lived in New York City, Washington, DC, Moscow, Paris, Berlin and Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. Her experiences living in such diverse places and varying cultures informs her work.
